We reserve the right to allocate books and deliver the books to our members as per availability and order which is in our sole and absolute discretion, determine. The aim is to deliver you the books with preference given in your wish list that is added to your account. Return books will be taken back at the same time when the next set of books are returned. Delivery will be done ones in a week on the scheduled day as per the member address. Any change in delivery location will subject to delay in delivery. If on scheduled delivery is a national holiday, we give the books in advance the previous week. If delivery is missed on non-availability of members at home or any other factor, the next delivery will be done next schedule delivery day.

The above information is collected for communicating with you regarding the book/magazine order and messages will be sent via sms / whatsapp / email on information about the following – availability, delivery of books, renewal of membership, change in plan price, and change in policy with regards to plans. Collection of such personal information is aimed at
(i) improving our services and also
(ii) providing personalized services suitable to individual users to the extent possible.

We may make changes to this policy as and when needed. You should check back for updates to this policy from time to time. The Privacy Policy can be viewed any time by visiting the Privacy Policy page on NOOL website.

You can change any details in your Personal Information your communication address or mobile number after signing into our website. If there is a change of address there might be a slight delay in our delivery schedule by a week to adjust the schedule from the system. To avoid any delays you can contact our library and update us about change in location within Bangalore and check the scheduled day of delivery for the new address. For updating email address which is also your login detail, we request you to contact the library staff either by calling the library contact number or via email – info@nool.in.

By registering, you shall be given an account. NOOL Library accepts payment in advance and mode of payment is in cash, cheque, bank transfer or Paytm. Payment will be made only after the NOOL staff call the member and confirms the plan and pricing. Subscription charges are not refundable and cannot be transferred to any other member.

On termination of a membership, NOOL Library shall deduct if any subscription dues are pending and on return of all the books held by the member NOOL Library shall return the refundable deposit. NOOL library reserves the right to terminate a membership for any or no reason. The deposit collected will be returned only if all the conditions are met.

The borrower is expected to take every care in maintaining the safety, orderliness and security of the borrowed books while they are in the borrower’s custody. The books are deemed to be in good condition when they are delivered to the borrower, and the borrower takes full responsibility to return them in perfect condition, faililng which the borrower is liable, either to replace the entire book, the damaged pages or pay a penalty to be decided upon at the sole discretion of the library, keeping in mind the value of the book and its availability in the market, within ten (10) days after the anamoly is discovered.
Any anomaly (unprinted pages) or damage if found should be reported either at the front desk while getting the book issued or to the delivery executive if the book is delivered at the door.

If the members want to take a break, can return all the books and go on a pause. During this time no subscription fee will be charged. The Member can resume the subscription at any time thereafter by paying the subscription at the rate prevalent on the date of such resumption

No penalty will be levied for delayed return of books. Members are requested to update their contact details when changed to ensure continued home delivery service. Subscription fee paid in advance will not be refunded. If fee is paid through the delivery person, it has to be done only by taking receipt from the delivery staff.

By accessing NOOL website you agree not to upload, post email or send or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment associated with the website.

NOOL Library reserves the right to request return of any books in the possession of members at any time. Members understand and undertake to return the books promptly upon request within 10 days of the request . Failure to do so would make the member liable to pay 50% the cost of the book as handling charge for which NOOL library reserves the right to charge the Member's refundable deposit.

Nool library reserves the right to terminate a membership for any or no reason without any refund. Only the deposit collected will be returned if all the conditions are met.
If the members are holding the books the subscription with be charged monthly.
Cancellation can be initiated by both the parties the member or the NOOL Library. Members have to communicate to the library staff via email / whatsapp/sms or call for cancellation.

We assume no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the NOOL Library content or our service. We assume no liability or responsibility for the error in the website content. In addition, we do not represent or warrant that the information accessible via our site is accurate, complete or current. In no event shall NOOL Library shall employees be liable (jointly or severally) to you for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not advised of the possibility of damage, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use of website, its content or our service.
